Desigual: Publicity wonder

Desigual, a Barcelona-based high street fashion brand, opened its new store in Santa Monica, California. So what's new you ask? Publicity gimmick! All those who came for the launch of the store wearing their undergarments or only the underwear (men) were handed over a two-piece Desigual outfit for free. You've got the attention, you've got the freebie crowd and you've got the media. Their slogan; 'Come in undressed and go out dressed.' Works well, I say.

Dirty picture

Ample cleavage, polka dots and some kitschy (bordering on) trashy fashion - Dirty Picture starring Vidya Balan is out with its first teaser. The storyline is based on the life of late South actress Silk Smitha. here's the trailer. Something about the music that is quite catchy.

Elvis' pedigree

Elvis Presley's granddaughter is making her acting debut with Magic Mike and she plays a stripper in the movie. At the age of 14, she appeared on the cover of Vogue magazine with her famous lineage - grandmom Priscilla Presley (left) and mom Lisa Marie Presley. See pic below.
